We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing Social Media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across all digital platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze Social Media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media and digital marketing

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficient in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and excellent proofreading abilities
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct research on industry-related topics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
