Social Media Marketing

The Digital & Social Media Marketing Specialist reports to the general manager and will be responsible for an in-depth understanding of the company's product characteristics, product development, and communication with overseas suppliers. This role is ideal for those who wish to gain broad experience in the field of building materials while also having a sense of responsibility and autonomy.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with various Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating engaging content, including posts, articles, and ads.
• Awareness of new media trends, proficiency in video shooting and basic video editing for Social Media platforms .
• Proficiency in basic image processing software and design tools (Canva Pro).
• Data analysis and report writing abilities, capable of using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Social Media activities.
• Provide targeted advertising suggestions based on analysis reports to strengthen marketing & sales on Social Media platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, capable of formulating and executing Social Media Marketing plans.
• Strong written communication skills in English with a focus on spelling and grammar
• Strong technical writing and/or storytelling skills
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, changing environment

Team Collaboration:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with other team members and coordinate with different departments for overall marketing activities.

Innovation and Adaptability:

• Ability to keep up with Social Media trends and technological changes, adept at innovating and quickly adapting to evolving environments.

Project Management Skills:

• Effectively organize and manage multiple Social Media projects and deliver them on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
