Job Summary
-To provide highest level of service to RIA firms on complex operational activities, while coordinating efforts between C&C and Operations.
-Enhance the RIA firm's experience through use of knowledge related to operational policies and procedures, as well as products and services on the C&C platform.
Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Liaise and provide customer service support for individuals requiring research, problem resolution, or securing information from Operations departments, RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants.
- Address escalated questions independently, while escalating matters as appropriate following established department procedures.
- Participate in regular discussions with assigned groups to keep up-to-date on technical, operational and business issues.
- Accurate and timely completion of daily tasks
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with RIA firms, other internal departments, and business units.
- Proactively looks for ways to improve the relationship with firms wherever possible
- Remain current on industry rules, regulations and practices.
- Minimum of 3+ years of financial services professional experience.
- Series 99 licensure is preferred.
- Assist in implementing new firm policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
