Salary Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join their client in British Columbia. This is a full-time, permanent role that would require some travel. The successful candidate will be working with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders and the Project Team to identify business requirements for the current state of processes and identify opportunities for new solutions to improve future business processes. They will need to identify the stakeholder groups and understand their requirements for upcoming system integrations. They will also elicit and analyze business requirement documents, user stories, and be a key part of the functional design documents and test case design.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years' experience in a BA or similar capacity
- Strong experience working in an agile methodology in a medium to large enterprise environment
- Hands on experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Supply chain, sales order, warehouse, inventory, transportation management, and Ecommerce experience
- Elicitation, analysis and management of requirements and business processes for use in product implementation; custom development, product procurement assessments (RFI/RFP)
- Experience working with Business Process Analysis consisting of business process documentation, design, and delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
