- 6 - 8 years of experience configuring, implementing and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management and Career Development modules 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live Gather, analyze, and review customer requirements; provide innovative solutions and recommend system, product, and process enhancements Partner with HR leadership for cross module governance around position management, job profile builder and other system foundation data Working very closely with Recruiting and Learning leads to ensure necessary data and workflow dependencies around job, skills, competencies and talent intelligence frameworks are seamless across these different components.
