Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Secretary to join our team. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, French is an asset. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Prepare and edit documents and reports,
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including making arrangements for travel and accommodations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
