About Our Client
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for safety and collaboration in construction environments? We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee the implementation of large-scale building improvement projects. In this role, you will work closely with a team of engineers, project coordinators, and site supervisors to ensure project success while maintaining compliance with OHS regulations and industry standards.
Job Description
- Support and implement above-industry-standard OHS best practices.
- Adopt best practices in construction management aligned with Ecosystem's culture and client needs.
- Review and contribute to building and maintaining an achievable project schedule, including key milestones and deliverables.
- Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, including trade coordination, material procurement, and alignment with project schedules, budgets, and workforce availability.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring positive interactions between clients, building users, subcontractors, and operators.
- Ensure the quality of work and conformity with plans and specifications.
- Represent project engineers and support them in various tasks from site supervision to project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation practices.
