Primary Objective of the Position:
Under the general direction of the Director of Systems Support Services, the chosen candidate will provide first-line technical support to end-users for all computer-related issues via phone, remote access, or travel on-site.

Essential Position Functions:

• Set up, install, patch, troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software, tablets, and printing-related issues.
• Create Active Directory & Office 365 user accounts.
• Reimage and join PCs to the domain as per corporate standards.
• Install and maintain general and industry-specific software.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory.
• Compile documentation for troubleshooting steps within the ticketing system, new processes, and additions to the corporate infrastructure.
• Assist with new network implementations.
• Assist in the monitoring & maintenance of existing servers, systems management tools, and network infrastructure (such as Mobicontrol, RSA, Citrix, Crowdstrike, Darktrace)

Minimum Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Computer Networks or Information Technology.
• 1 year of experience in managing computer networks & Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong interpersonal talent & excellent communication skills.
• Must have the ability to interact and deal with people on all levels.
• Must have the ability to communicate & troubleshoot effectively, in order to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Must have the ability to multi-task efficiently & prioritize tasks.
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• A basic understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & TCP/IP networks.
• An ability and desire to learn new and unfamiliar technologies and applications, and adapt quickly to various situations.
• Must possess a natural curiosity about technology and motivation to keep skill set current.
• Possessing a car is ideal, as some travel is required.
• Must be available after hours and weekend support (per shift schedule).
