What you’ll do:
You will contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of operations, will undertake small projects, and communicate updates and notices to users. You will be responsible for the administration of the distribution and provisioning of learning content within the learning management system and provide system expertise, functional guidance, and solutions to users with issues pertaining to the learning system.
- You will manage and resolve escalated inquiries or questions related to HR Systems.
- You will support the learning system administration functions and provide learning system expertise on various system functionalities. You’ll maintain/evolve learning system processes as required and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge bases.
- You will contribute to project plan creation as required and perform assigned tasks including identifying work required and impacts on the learning system, completing functional configuration including analysis, testing, implementation, and documentation), to ensure changes function as expected.
- You will perform daily administration and end-user support for the learning management system. This involves performing functional configuration, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working with other FCL business units to resolve issues.
- You will identify, create, and maintain reports and dashboards based on business needs and assist with ad-hoc reporting and analytics as requested.
- You will upload documents and videos to the learning management system, audit the completeness and accuracy of data, and identify data compliance issues. Rectify any system configuration issues identified.
- You may perform mass data changes affecting large groups of related to learning and employee talent profiles. Plans, coordinates and manages master data management related to learning (such as learning distribution as required.

Who you are:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Education
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in service desk support. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
