The Role:
We're seeking a proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Northern, Western European, and North American business groups. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our global recruitment strategies by sourcing passive candidates and advising on recruitment enhancements.
This is a fully remote position, and while we welcome applicants from anywhere across Canada, we prefer candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
What you will do:
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels and technology tools.
- Assist in developing innovative talent sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Educate and enable the organization to make informed hiring decisions.
- Utilize metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives.
- Manage social media and email campaigns to boost employer brand awareness.
- Effectively utilize the organization's global ATS for future recruitment efforts.
- Research and recommend sourcing/recruitment software to enhance organizational efficiency.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sourcing and managing full cycle recruitment, preferably in IT roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates through various channels and technology tools.
- You are able to work independently with minimal direction
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple job roles successfully
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on data collection and reporting.
- You bring your familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Results-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency and determination.
- Interest and aptitude for learning highly technical subject matter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
