Talent Manager Assistant

INF is a full-service Talent Agency dedicated to managing & casting Influencers. Since 2014, INF has exclusively managed a boutique roster of Talent in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and parenting spaces with strong followings on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

The ideal candidate for this entry-level role should be based in Vancouver with a strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, as well as a passion for beauty, fashion and lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to VP of Talent and their managed Talent - including but not limited to: overseeing calendars, booking travel and meetings, taking call notes and participating in calls, spreadsheet management, project management assistance and shipping & receiving
• Manage Talent Inboxes and create Bi-Weekly Updates
• Maintain internal databases, trackers and systems
• Leading outbound Talent pitches and brand outreach
• Website and Talent Kit updates
• Work closely with INF Team on current programs to ensure all campaigns are coordinated, monitored and seamlessly executed
• Create and organize Engagement Reports
• Lead General Offers on behalf of the roster
• Lead support of Casting opportunities
• Lead quarterly outreach to INF’s preferred brands and agencies
• Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle a high volume of emails is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• 1-2 years administrative or coordinating experience recommended
• Digital industry experience a plus (Talent management, public relations etc.)
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communications
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to work with limited direction from home and to collaborate virtually with a team
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and Google Drive
• Keynote and/or PowerPoint literate
• MAC savvy
