Technical Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Analyst-5 for a contract position with a client in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019 , Azure Active Directory experience, and Powershell, Microsoft Certifications for Windows and Active Directory. preference would be someone with the required skills and experience, particularly in large organizations.

Requirements /Must-Have
Skills:
1. 10+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst.
2. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019.3. 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with creating and running Power Shell scripts.
4. 6-8+ years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016, 2019).5. Foundational knowledge of Active Directory and Nice-To-Have
Skills:
• Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Azure Active Directory experience.
• Microsoft Certifications for Windows and Active Directory. Typical Day in
Role:
• Write a technical design document, implementation plan, and create diagram of the existing and future Exchange environment.
• Install MS Exchange, including all pre-perquisites in a pre-production environment and production environment.
• Document and execute functional and non-functional test cases to validate the readiness of the environment.
• Migrate the mail flow from the old to the new environment.
• Collaborate with Windows OS and Networking team during the project execution. Provide status update of the progress. Story behind the need
