What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work in a fast-paced Contact Centre where you’ll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing IT solutions and products. We represent Ingram Micro Inc the world's largest distributor and provider of technology and technology services and solutions. As an Outbound Representative, you’ll share your knowledge of products with clients through outbound calls. You’ll engage in meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions to existing needs
- Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company
- Work as a team to achieve group and individual goals
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous call center/ IT experience is not required but considered an asset
