Your Responsibilities as a Sales Representative:

• Utilize provided leads to acquire new customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions through face-to-face sales.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Stay informed about offered products and discuss available options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting sales targets.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales-Support, Hospitality, or Customer Service is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Demonstrated ability to surpass sales quotas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and energetic demeanor with a focus on customer service.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and promptly address complaints.
