Job Description
The Territory Sales Rep requires that you plan and manage territory activities to achieve sales and market share growth utilizing approved sales and marketing strategy and tools while providing excellent customer service to all customers in territory. The TSR reports to the agency owner and is responsible for sales and administration of their territory.

When You Join Us, You Will Be
- Developing new customers and grow existing customers; develop relationships and grow sales with assigned customers in territory.
- Utilize approved sales/marketing tools.
- Timely and effective communication of market and competition trends
- Frequently contact shop owners, buyers and key employees drive demand for products.
- Present products and programs to assigned accounts to drive growth and annual sales.
- Perform Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries from customers or PLS admin team in a timely fashion.
- Attend meetings, trade shows and factory provided training and meetings as required
Our Ideal Candidate
- University or college degree in a Sales or Marketing related field or equivalent experience/training is preferred.
- Prior sales experience in (retail or on-road) is vital. Experience in the outdoor, fishing and hunting industry is a preferred.
- Prior sales experience managing small and large accounts with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proven ability to find new business opportunities within the territory.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- A love or genuine interest in hunting, fishing and the great outdoors will be positively viewed.
Work Authorizations and Travel
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Frequent travel within the territory (overnight travel is required)
- Must be able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends) to complete tasks as assigned.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and can travel throughout the designated territory with some overnight stays.
- Must have ability to travel unincumbered to the U.S.
- Must possess (or have the ability to possess) a valid PAL.
