Tsr - Customer Service Representative - Fulltime

What youll be doing:

Reporting to the Site Manager the Customer Service Representative is involved in the day-to-day business operation:

• Providing on site Customer Service and caretaking of the property.
• Meeting new potential renters to show units, answer questions & sign up for tenancies.
• Making routine collection calls to ensure all the tenants are paid on time as per their agreement.
• Placing & removing the non-payment second lock on units that are in arrears.
• Assist with move-ins & outs by making sure proper paperwork is completed and the unit is inspected.
• Preparing a unit for the next client by ensuring that it is clean & swept and including removing left-over debris.
• Checking and cleaning units after move-outs.
• Ensure the entire site is always free from clutters.
• Ensure the office and washrooms are clean and dust-free.
• Inventory control by counting and reordering supplies when needed.
• Scheduling and facilitating auctions of abandoned tenant belongings when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized physical office and building.
• Communicating and helping with clients with Customer Service issues.
• Promote upselling merchandise to all customers.
• Preforming walk arounds through the property for inspection for damage, vandalism, occupancy, etc. on the day of onsite duty.
• Daily communication with the head office regarding property management.
• Other tasks related to Customer Service, unit rental, merchandize sales, office, building cleaning, and site management.

The selected candidate will be required to work a variety of day shifts, including weekends. Our offices are typically open from 9 am to 6pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Our offices are closed on statutory holidays.
