We are currently searching for a devoted and enthusiastic Veterinary Assistant/Exam Room Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Position Overview:
As a Veterinary Assistant/Exam Room Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our veterinarians and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position offers an opportunity for you to work closely with our veterinary professionals, assist in examinations and treatments, and deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and equipment.
• Handle and restrain pets as needed.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene in examination rooms and the clinic.
• Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Educate clients on pet care and preventive health measures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Veterinary Assistant is preferred.
• A strong passion for animal welfare and care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach toward animals and their owners.
• Flexibility to work weekends as required.

• Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
