24/7 Safe Space Support Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and supervision to individuals in various settings
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and document individual progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

Skills:
- Supervising: Ability to provide guidance, direction, and oversight to individuals under your care

Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
