Support Worker

The Support Worker functions as a member of Prairie Harbour's staff team that provides 24- hour confidential crisis intervention service accessed through a crisis line and in person. The position is responsible primarily in the area of providing residential support for women and children including encouraging self- awareness, self-worth, and empowerment. Responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the mission, goals and standards of Prairie Harbour Inc.

Currently looking for staff for evenings, weekends and nights.

Satisfactory criminal record and vulnerable persons checks required.

Salary: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• supportive care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
