Accounting Administrative Assistant

Assist Accountant with reconciliations and other duties as required

Perform end of day updates on POS system.

Reconcile accounts

Assist members with inquiries

Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable

Monthly bank reconciliations

All general office duties

Assist in the maintenance of the Clubs website, communications and web support

All other duties as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Bank reconciliation and Point of Sale: 2 years (required)
• Administrative Assistant: 3 years (required)
• Basic accounting: 2 years (required)
