What are your responsibilities as Accounting Assistant?
In this role you will work closely with the management and you will be based at our Leamington Office.
You will be assisting with planning, control and analysis as well as general and financial accounting, admin and office management for our Canadian subsidiary. You will cover administrative and office management activities such as administrating insurances, pension plan, managing office supplies inventory and purchasing. You will participate in budget preparation, assist management with strategic planning and financial projects or making presentations, analyses, reports on the request.
Additionally you will be responsible for:
- Planning, control and analysis
- General accounting, like the month end closing process, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Financial accounting
What we expect from you:
You are honest and reliable, someone who your colleagues can depend on. You are hands on with broad interest across all administrative functions and accounting. You like to work in team and able to carry tasks independently. You have good analytical skills and enjoy technology. You are good with various accounting systems and enjoy technology. You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Office 365. Your strengths are communication, high level of responsibility and attentiveness to details. You like to cooperate and to consult with colleagues in an international environment for an optimal result.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
