The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be able to perform a variety of accounting tasks with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coding and entering invoices on a timely basis

· Preparing check runs

· Weekly cash management

· Responding to vendor and internal enquiries regarding variances/ outstanding payments

· Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

· Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.

· Reconcile bank statements and financial data.

· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes relating to billing and accounts payable

About You:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

· 1-2 years of proven accounting experience.

· Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
