Your Responsibilities:

• Accounting Mastery: Calculation, recording, and analysis of account-related data.
• Payables Management: Data entry, verification, and check issuance.
• Administrative Support: Invoicing, product reception, deposit tracking.
• Precise Reconciliations: Conduct accurate bank reconciliations.
• Active Participation: End-of-period and end-of-year processes.
• Analysis and Reports: Prepare accounting analyses and reports.
• Administrative Versatility: Contribute to various tasks for the smooth operation of the company.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Accounting Education: DEC or DEP in administration or accounting.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position in Canada.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with provincial and federal specificities.
• Computer Skills: Good command of common accounting software.
• Personal Qualities: Motivated, dynamic, autonomous, meticulous, analytical mindset.
• Bilingualism: English/French with excellent communication skills.
