We are seeking someone who closely matches the following:
- Requires a minimum of a College Diploma in accounting and payroll administration.
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and accurate
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities:
Journal Entries:
- Purchases
- Online Payment and Credit Card Payment
Reporting:
- Reviewing, posting, and creating batches for transactions
- Daily Deposits
Reconciliation:
- Clearing Accounts (Visa, MC, Debit, Amex, Cash and Cheque)
- Petty cash and Replenishment of Cash
- Tracking and Clearing the Accounts Payable
Accounts Payable:
- Code, insert, and distribute expenses throughout the invoices
- Cheque run (Regular cheques, EFT, Credit card, online payments
- Merging payment and invoices
- Rebates
- Contact and being contacted regarding invoices and statements
- Chasing after credits
Other Miscellaneous duties as required
