King Mazda is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

As an Accounting Clerk with King Mazda, your responsibilities will include assisting in financial record-keeping, data entry, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial processes. If you have a keen eye for detail, basic accounting knowledge, and strong organizational skills, this role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interdepartmental relations, transaction posting & reconciliations
• Inventory management and quality control
• Assisting the Controller and Accounting staff with various accounting duties
• Post and report car deals
• Accounts receivable and balancing accounts
• Other duties to assist the Controller as required

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting
• 1 -2 years experience in an accounting role
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems is considered an asset.

Wage Range:$19.00-$23.00 / Hour
