My client in Downtown Montreal is looking for an Accounting Technician for a permanent face-to-face position.
Your tasks:
* Keep the books (income and expenses);
* Monitor accounts receivable and payable;
* Make deposits;
* Support the internal control process in operations;
* Manage withholding deductions, employee vacations;
* Make payment of charges (withholding taxes, GST/QST, CSST,) and define the T4, Relevé 1 and corresponding summaries;
* Prepare pay, vacation and accounts payable checks;
* Update cash flow, regarding expenses on a daily basis;
* Organizer for storing accounting documents
Requirements:
* Level of studies - College
* Diploma - Completed
* Years of experience 1-2 years
Qualities sought after

* Good knowledge of Excel
* Good knowledge of accounting software (ADVANTAGE)
