Your Role

• Be the backbone of our financial operations.
• Multitask effortlessly in a busy remote office, while keeping accuracy as your top priority.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable: data entry, reconciling statements, vendor payments, and reporting.

Office Admin Duties

• Be the first point of contact: manage correspondence, calls, and supplies.
• Keep our world ticking with your organizational prowess.

We're Looking For…

• Professionalism and confidentiality
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and GMail.
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years experience

Salary + Benefits
