We are currently seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant to work with our client in Quispamsis, NB.
As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for managing the reception area, which involves greeting and directing clients, addressing, directing, or forwarding incoming phone calls, dispatching and resolving client inquires.
THE ROLE
Reception Duties and assisting customers and other departments
Maintaining overall presentation of the office
Maintaining client files
Take detail notes from clients over the phone, in-person and email
Input payroll information
Provide excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite
Proficient with Oracle and/or JD Edwards
Clear Criminal Background
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstration of good attendance and work performance
WHAT WE OFFER
$19.00 an hour plus 4% vacation pay
