Our partners are establishing a new career college in Toronto and are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant who has knowledge in the education industry.
Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations
- Front desk reception- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and newsletters- Maintain and update employee records and databases- Assist with recruiting efforts, including posting job openings and reviewing resumes- Support the onboarding process for new employees- Provide general administrative support to staff members- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support campus management staff as required
Skills:- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Attention to detail and accuracy in work- Knowledge of recruiting processes and strategies- Familiarity with educational software systems is an asset
- Second Language-Japanese,Spanish Portuguese is an asset
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, assisting with recruiting efforts, and providing general support to staff members. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This Role is fully in-person/in office subject to change based on management’s discretion and operational need.

Salary: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
