Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Consultant

We have been working to exceed client expectations, in the greater Perth County-Waterloo Region area for more than 40 years, and seek to grow our business every year.
Our Team is currently in need of an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Consultant. This combined role will include reception duties, and the successful candidate will provide a critical first point of contact for our customers
Expressway Ford Lincoln seeks to provide a comfortable, trusting, and respectful atmosphere for both employees and clients to conduct business. In a multi-faceted role, the Administrative Assistant and Customer Service consultant, will support our Sales, Service, and Parts teams, and maintain positive working relationships within the automotive dealership.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Office administration experience/training
- Experience in refining and developing processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Social Media platforms
We value our team highly at Expressway Ford Lincoln and the Administrative Assistant position is a customer facing role requiring Customer Service skills. The job involves welcoming customers, answering and directing phone calls, responding to requests from customers and supporting Sales, Service, and Parts team members with administrative duties. The Customer Service component of the position requires assisting with service customer coordination, retention, loyalty support; completing daily deposit reconciliation. Occasionally, the individual in this role will assist with the pick up and delivery of vehicles.
This is a new role within the dealership which provides opportunity for further development, and career advancement within the company.
