VIVA Therapeutic Services was founded by Danielle Pelletier in 2005, to provide preschool aged children with autism spectrum disorder and their families with high quality, evidence-based services. Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant’s role is performing daily tasks, managing the phone and front desk, client and staff cancellations as well as other administrative tasks as needed. (data entry, maintenance and reports) support the administrative needs of the North region. The hours of work for this position are Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.
Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
o Reception desk coverage
o Client and staff cancellation management
o Data entry
o Uploading documents into Practice Perfect
o Client tracking and updates
o Data maintenance and reports
o Reference checks for new employee’s
o Other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Post-secondary or community college education, with 2+ years of administrative experience
- Must be Bilingual; oral and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French)
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology
- Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be flexible
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Be willing to complete a criminal record check, vulnerable sector check and Social Development prior contact check within the past five years
- Valid Driver’s license and access to a vehicle as travel may occasionally be required
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment
