Responsibilities:
- Assist the Owner in daily operations and management of the Travel Agency.
- Successfully complete required training for position. Expedia Cruises training can be done while working in the Administrative Assistant position.
-Ability to work unsupervised and independently and able to complete assigned tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service with the ability to communicate with clients in person and on the phone and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Willingness to work travel shows and supplier events.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers and staff
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in working with social media ads would be preferred
- Some bookkeeping skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
