Job purpose
At Egger Truck, we manage our Advertising and Marketing needs in-house as much as possible. The Advertising and Marketing Coordinator is a valuable asset to our team who works closely with our team to deliver creative and accurate information to customers about our products and services. In this role the coordinator pays close attention to Egger Truck and Machines’ image by overseeing advertisements, promotional and in-house administrative duties.
Duties and responsibilities
Digital Advertising
- Manage the company website, Google listing and social media pages.
- Creative design for other digital advertising on various websites. Correspond with advertisers as required.
- List new and used equipment on various websites.
- Create and update videos for the website, showroom, and events.
Print Advertising
- Create, proof, and manage ads for print advertising. Correspond with advertisers as required.
- Create and order annual calendars and business cards for employees.
- Create marketing materials for in-house promotions i.e. sales posters, and tags for equipment.
Other promotional duties
- Create and order various promotional marketing materials.
- Coordinate donations and sponsorships.
- Assist with coordinating in-house promotional Ag events as needed.
- Create, proof and order company branded materials.
- Shoot product photos.
Administration duties and other tasks
- Track and manage the annual advertising budget.
- Post advertising invoices.
- Track and manage the co-op funds.
- Other office administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graphic design experience and training preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Detail oriented.
Working conditions
The advertising coordinator works in a business office setting. At times, this role requires you to go outside into the yard to take pictures of equipment that is to be posted for sale on the website. We are a small business with a positive team atmosphere and believe in utilizing a friendly, family spirited approach. Regular office business hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
Physical requirements
This role may require you to sit in an office for periods of time or work outside taking pictures of equipment as needed.
