Marketing Coordinator (Coffee Shops) At De Mello Coffee

De Mello Coffee is one of Canada's fastest growing and most popular specialty coffee companies. As our Coffee Shops grow in both location volume and in popularity, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing these in-shop experiences. The goal? To help drive more sales, and attract more customers, to our cafes.

We believe that cafes are not just places to grab a quick beverage, but rather spaces where people come together to create lasting memories and indulge in the richness of our carefully crafted coffee. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse range of initiatives, tactics, and projects aimed at driving traffic to our cafes.

You will not only conceive innovative campaigns, events, and promotions but also execute them with flair, capturing the attention and engagement of our target audience. Your primary objective will be to grow the traffic in our cafes, while also enhancing customer loyalty and overall experience at our Coffee Shops, ensuring that every visit leaves a lasting impression.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a wide array of initiatives, tactics, and projects aimed at driving traffic to our cafes. This could be anything from new promotions, to events and activations, to new services that attract more awareness.
- Conceive and execute innovative campaigns, events, and promotions that will attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate closely with our management team to execute existing marketing campaigns and work collaboratively to tailor strategies and action plans to each unique location.
- Use your creativity and ability to think outside the box to brainstorm and propose marketing initiatives that will set us apart from the competition and maximize customer engagement.
- Implement programs designed to enhance customer loyalty and overall experience at our Coffee Shops.
- Travel between De Mello's four cafes and tailor marketing strategies and action plans to each unique location.

Your success will be measured primarily by tangible sales contributions and improvements in the overall customer experience, so your willingness to dive in, get your hands dirty, and execute your ideas will be key.

- First and foremost, someone who is comfortable executing initiatives *themselves*, getting their hands dirty, seeing projects through to completion, and being extremely hands-on- An energetic, enthusiastic, and creative individual who thrives on the challenge of bringing new ideas to life.
- Comfortable with taking initiative- Someone who possesses a self-starter mentality
- Passionate about driving traffic and sales - this should be evident in your ability to think strategically and propose innovative marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable actively participating in the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation.

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
