Marketing Coordinator

Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for:

• Supporting BIA marketing initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing

programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing

• Coordinating marketing and community activations, including overseeing project logistics

• Coordinating promotional, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy,

scheduling, testing, and database management

• Creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels

• Assisting with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including

newsletters and public relations efforts

• Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics

• Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of

marketing programs

• Helping improve the impression and visual experience of the downtown area

Job Types: Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
