Application Support Analyst (.Net/C# Apps)

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our CGI team in Salt Lake City, UT! This is a full-time career opportunity in supporting a leading global client
This opportunity is located at client site in the Salt Lake City area.
• Documentation of recurring problems and facilitation of problem management between site-based teams and global teams
• On-site troubleshooting of key systems with logistics personnel, interaction with field technicians, and coordination of bug resolution between 3rd party vendors
Must be based in Salt Lake City, occasional site visits required (1-2 times a week on average)
Due to the nature of the Application Supported, may be required to assist on incident outside normal business hours
