Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information to customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the appointment scheduling system
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software programs, including appointment scheduling systems
- Previous sales or customer service experience
