Appointment Co-ordinator
DUTIES:
Appointment Co-ordinator Job Description:
1. Answer incoming calls and direct to sales, or schedule appointments following inbound service call scripting, recommending a multi-point vehicle inspection be performed when applicable. Service appointments to be booked to keep service technicians and apprentices busy without overloading.
2. Make outbound service calls based on scripts for
a. Appointment confirmations
b. Missed appointments
c. On star Dealer Notifications/Internet requests
d. Defector calls
e. Recommended maintenance calls
f. Campaign calls
g. Other Dealer Direct leads as required
3. Communicate with service manager and or General Manager daily about activities for the day.
4. Global connect activities such as
a. Zset Accessories for warranty registration
b. Update customer address or vehicle changes with GM
c. GM mail
5. Maintain telephone list for the Dealership
6. Sort and distribute incoming mail
7. Send out Thank you cards and Birthday cards
8. As required order business cards, toner cartridges, prepare FedEx shipments,
9. Other various duties as required by managers
10. Work on cash when required as a backup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
