Our Experience Nissan dealership is expanding rapidly and we are looking to hire an automotive service Appointment Coordinator to our team. Your duties will include:
· Greeting customers in a friendly, outgoing manner
· Answering phone calls and setting up service appointments
· Maximize each service appointment to the full available hours to sell
· Making outbound calls to existing customers for follow ups, service appointment configuration, and other specials as appointed by management
· Maintain daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by yourself and management
· Maintain current on knowledge of all Service and Parts marketing initiatives and product offerings
· Update, create, and maintain customer files within our computer systems
Qualifications include:
· Familiarity learning new computer systems
