Appointment Coordinator

TheAppointment Coordinators primary function is to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in the most friendly and efficient manner. You will be responsible for booking appointments for the Service & Sales departments as well as writing up loaner vehicle agreements as needed. This position also requires to perform receptionist duties as needed, which includes handling high volume incoming phone calls and ensuring that all customers that enter the dealership are greeted and helped in a timely manner. Automotive knowledge is an asset. Business attire worn at all times. This position has an hourly base plus a monthly incentive bonuses and spiffs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Retrieve customer information & maintain customer profiles with accurate contact information
• Make outbound calls according to daily targets
• Manage large amounts of inbound calls
• Automotive knowledge a plus
• Get customer feedback, handle complaints appropriately and provide solutions if necessary
• Make follow-up service phone calls
• Maintain an organized log of calls and appointments
• Upsell vehicle maintenances services
• Provide customers with outstanding customer service
• Responsible for booking service & sales appointments in accordance to schedule
• Business attire worn at all times
• Writing up loaner / rental agreements for customers
• Provide daily feedback & reports to manager
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional working relationship with team members and management within the work environment

Qualifications:

• BDC & Dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Strong computer skills, excel, word
• Experience is an asset
• Excellent communication & grammatical skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environment
• Organization and problem solving skills
• Must be able to preform responsibly and adequately

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $34,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
