As an established player in the flourishing greenhouse industry, we're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Dunnville, Ontario. As part of our family-owned operation, you'll help cultivate premium cut flowers like Snapdragons, Lisianthus, and Gerberas.
In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced growers, ensuring top-notch productivity and quality in every bloom. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to set you up for success.
Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating crop harvesting and processing, monitoring crop health, implementing pest control measures, and maintaining optimal growing conditions. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to our success while fostering a safe and supportive work environment.

Skills/Abilities Required:
- Up to 1 year of experience in greenhouse operations, preferably with a focus on cut flowers.
- Possession of a license to apply chemical fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Argus/Priva computer environment control systems is considered an asset.
- Physically fit for regular greenhouse activities, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and enduring prolonged periods of heat and humidity.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to assume leadership roles, exhibit personal initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
- Competence in operating various equipment on a daily basis.
- Flexible availability, with work hours ranging from 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends as required.
