Assistant Property Manager,
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of the management office of a residential condominium corporation
- Under the supervision of the Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from owners, tenants and vendors
- Maintaining the owners and tenants records
- Managing all on-site staff including the security, superintendent and cleaners
- Attending regular board meetings
- Administering contracts for properties
- Co-ordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on building
- Ensuring all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively
- General administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, filing and ordering supplies, etc.
Qualifications
- 2 Years’ experience in property management is required with a good understanding of all aspects of condominium property management
- Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills
- Excellent computers and writing skills
- Have own car required
