- Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring they align with project schedules and budgetary constraints.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all construction activities, including progress reports, change orders, and safety records.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on the construction site.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in the full-cycle development of mixed-use highrise towers.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
