As they continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join their team.
Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
- Monitor daily construction operations to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in managing on-site safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Assist in resolving any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, safety meetings, and incident reports.
- Support the Superintendent in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
