About Our Client
As an Assistant Highrise Superintendent, you will play a vital role in overseeing the construction process from start to finish. Working closely with the Superintendent, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description
- Assist the Superintendent in planning, organizing, and coordinating all construction activities on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Assist in resolving construction-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Support the Superintendent in managing project finances, including cost tracking and budget management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals and objectives.
