SalaryOur dealer group is looking to add a high performing Sales Consultant to our team! As a member of our Sales team, you will be the face of the company. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle for them, while meeting targets.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with sales support team to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, features, and specifications
- Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and secure future sales
Skills:
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience
- Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals
- Sales support knowledge to assist customers with paperwork and documentation
- Sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Qualifications
- OMVIC certification
- Sales experience
- Dealership experience
- Live within an hour of Listowel, ON (or willing to relocate)
