Owen Sound Volkswagen is offering an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team!
We are looking for will be a motivated individual, with an enthusiastic attitude and professional approach. Strong people skills and a commitment to customer service is a must!
About the Sales opening:
The Sales Consultants will manage all customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their vehicular needs. Sales Consultants will establish and maintain a high level of ongoing customer prospecting and support, to achieve a satisfactory level of sales.
Previous retail sales experience is an asset even if non-automotive in nature. The key is proven sales results. Setting appointments, handling customer inquiries, and negotiating are all tasks utilized on a consistent basis. As part of the process, the consultant must also appreciate how to balance the needs of the customer with value added opportunities to generate sales department revenue in vehicle and F&I sales. Minimum High school or equivalent required. Highly commuter literate, social media savvy, process minded, and involvement in the community are valuable attributes to be successful. OMVIC is required (have or obtain prior to start date) An Agile intelligence with good numbers sense.
What we offer:
- Salaried, commission and commission with salary compensation plans available.
Potential salaries range from $40,000 – 90,000 +.
Training is available, through online courses, in house through mentorship and
provided by Volkswagen Canada. Our training in conjunction with our small ratio of salespeople will help you make an above average income.
