Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of expertise, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and an additional 3 years in sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate the value of our logistics services to potential clients and cultivate lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and 3PL operations
- Identify and target potential clients in the Logistics Industry, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our logistics services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent account management abilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and follow-up with prospects
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Communicate effectively with clients in fluent English, ensuring clear understanding of products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals, showcasing the value proposition of our logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance service offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
- - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Skills:
- 3 years proven experience in sales or business development roles
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong telemarketing skills to effectively engage with potential customers
