We are looking for an experienced Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, taking payments, and providing general salon information. The successful candidate will be highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide information about services offered by the salon.
- Assist stylists with tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
