Salon Receptionist

We are looking for a Salon Receptionist with open flexible availability to join our team with Volum Studio + Spa!

The ideal candidate can work shifts between the hours that Conestoga Mall is open.

(M-F: 9AM-9PM, SAT: 9AM-6PM, SUN: 11AM-5PM)

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing duties

• Booking and Answering multi-line phone

• Balancing cash system

• Courteous customer communication

• Handle client inquiries and issues

• Retail sale experience

Skills required

• Strong customer service experience, both in in-person relations and a strong skill in customer service over the phone
• Exudes professional attitude and fashionable image

• Team player and can work independently

• Problem solving skills

• Ablilty to handle challenging situations

• Leadership skills

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Experience:

• sales: 2 years (preferred)
• customer service: 2 years (preferred)
